QuartzStone™

QuartzStone™ is a semi-transparent, white color product that when dry gives the look of quartz or a cameo stone surface. Extremely durable, it is a good choice when producing slate or stone finishes for flooring and provides a rich look for columns, table bases, and stonewalls.
Product Specifications
Product Tips
- Apply two coats of SetCoat®, allowing the first coat to dry at least 4 hours, and the second coat 24 hours.
- Set up grout lines mimicking a stone pattern using painter’s tape.
- Using a brush or trowel, apply a 1/8” layer of QuartzStone™. Wait 15-30 minutes and level off any high peaks with a smooth, flexible trowel. Allow drying 1-4 hours.
- When dry, apply a color wash using water and FauxCrème Color™ using rock or slate-like tones. Blot off excess color.
- When dry, seal color with ColorSeal™; let dry, and follow with a thin coat of C-500™.
